  • One (1) Exhibition booth space in the main building.
  • One (1) 6ft Table
  • Two (2) Folding Chairs
  • 2 passes (any additional staff working would be required to purchase the individual package)
  • All exhibitors must set up by 9:00 a.m., one hour before the festival begins, and be ready to start operations at the event's opening. Exhibitors are expected to remain open throughout the event and conclude their activities by the scheduled closing time.
  • Each exhibitor is required to maintain their area clean.
  • All members must conduct themselves in a professional and appropriate manner.
  • Exhibitors will not be permitted to set up their booths until full payment has been received.
